Mindfulness Training

The No Big Deal sit is designed for a virtual space architecture by Rev. angel Kyodo williams. I practice in the form in which it was created, honoring the people and spaces from which it originates.

This practice helps participants grow in their ability to root into their own experience and body while also being in the presence of others.

Race in the Room

I have developed a unique method for teaching others about “staying in the room.” This could apply to many different spaces, identities, and groups of people. The main tenant is How do we stay in the present moment? How do we stay in our bodies without losing our minds? How do we have a mind about things without leaving our bodies?

The course is designed to deepen participant's ability to assess and respond to others in the present moment.
